DE RITO PARTNERS, INC., and DE RITO PARTNERS DEVELOPMENT, INC., established in April, 1992, are brokerage and commercial development companies based in Phoenix, Arizona. The officers of the firms, Martin W. De Rito, Charles R. Carlise and Iver Bowden have years of experience in the leasing, development and sales of shopping centers and automotive dealership parks. Together with an expert team of brokers and administrative staff, De Rito has successfully developed 19 retail properties, including the 100 acre Chandler 202 Auto Park, exceeding 5 million square feet. De Rito is also responsible for developing the 250 acre commercial mixed-use development known as Mesa Riverview, with 1.3 million square feet of shopping center space, including the State’s only Bass Pro Shop and 5 new car dealerships.
With its easy access to the Loop 101 Freeway and Indian Bend Road, Scottsdale Pavilions is located in the heart of an emerging entertainment district offering the new Casino Arizona/Talking Stick Resort, as well as the future Arizona Diamondbacks/Colorado Rockies Spring Training Facility. Scottsdale Pavilions is a vibrant shopping destination and gathering place for the community. The 1.1 million squre foot open-air regional power center features over 60 existing retailers, including Target, Home Depot, Jo Ann, Sports Authority, Michaels, Toys R us, Ross, Petco and Guitar Center. De Rito plans to invest more than $25 million in renovations and add 500,000 square feet of commercial space to make the Pavilions a true community attraction and bring it back to the vibrant shopping place it once was.

On May 21, 2010, Marty DeRito, CEO, and Chuck Carlise, President, of De Rito Partners Development, Inc. announced that Jerald Friedman, President of Friedman Developers, LLC, had invested with them in the Scottsdale Pavilions Shopping Center. Jerald Friedman previously served as Executive Vice President of Kimco Realty Corporation and since 2001 as President of Kimco Developers, Inc., during which time he was involved in a number of joint ventures with De Rito. Jerald Friedman developed and sold more than 100 shopping centers, including sales totaling more than $1 billion. "We are pleased once again to joint venture with Jerry and believe that a long-term partnership will yield very positive results in the redevelopment of Scottsdale Pavilions," said Marty De Rito.
